1、 In the preparatory work before the application of the central roller factory

1. The installation shaft of the reducer shall be cleaned before application. And check whether the installation shaft has bruises and wastes. If there is any, it is required to eliminate all of them.

2. The application temperature of reducer is 0-40 ℃.

3. Check whether the fit tolerance of the hole connected with the reducer meets the requirements, and the dimension tolerance of the hole shall be H7.

4. Before application, replace the oil plug of the exhaust pipe to ensure that the steam body of the body is discharged when the reducer is in operation.

2、 Installation of reducer

1. The production of the central roller can only be installed on the flat, shock proof and torsion resistant supporting point structure.

2. Under all conditions, hammers are not allowed to knock out the belt pulley, coupling, driving gear or chain wheel from the output shaft, which will damage the rolling bearing and shaft.
