1. Cylindrical roller bearing on the outside of stamping die:

This kind of rolling bearing has two types of hole breaking type and sealing type. The cylindrical roller bearing outside the stamping die has no inner hole, and the needle immediately touches the surface of the shaft. Therefore, the manufacturing precision and heat treatment process of the shaft should be the same as the needle tolerance. The cylindrical roller bearing on the outside of the stamping die with cage is suitable for high speed and light load, and is mostly used for the transmission or textile equipment of CNC lathe, automobile and motorcycle. The cylindrical roller bearing of punching die ferrule without cage is suitable for shaking under heavy load because it is full of needles. Such as airport sound card rack, X main wing bearing end cover, etc.

2. Solid line ferrule cylindrical roller bearing:

The cylindrical roller bearing of solid line ferrule is NB type and RNB type. Solid line ferrule cylindrical roller bearing is mostly used in CNC lathe and automobile transmission. Its advantages are small axial cross-section specification and large bearing axial load. The basic type of solid line ferrule cylindrical roller bearing often has a cage, so the rotation speed is relatively high, which can be integrated into the provisions of CNC lathe and automobile transmission.

3. Make up cylindrical roller bearing:

The cylindrical roller bearing consists of a solid line ferrule cylindrical roller bearing, a ball bearing and a roller bearing.

4. Needle roller and cage components:

Needle roller and cage parts, in fact, are cylindrical roller bearings without ferrules. These roller bearings are mostly used for large and small ends of the crankshaft of transmission, motorcycle and automobile. Because of the high temperature in the cylinder, the rolling bearing should be resistant to heat.
